Natural Acne Treatment

Letโ€™s take a closer look at this skin condition that affects nearly 85% of young people. Acne is a dermatological issue caused by the infection of hair follicles and sebaceous glands.

The way acne is treated depends directly on the form in which it appears. There are three types: mild, moderate, and cystic. This article focuses on the mild form.

What the skin needs most is systematic cleansing morning and evening, and of course, proper hydration. During the summer months, due to the bactericidal and anti-inflammatory properties of the sun, breakouts tend to subside. Unfortunately, in the winter months, the condition often worsens.

Naturally, nutrition plays an important role in acne-prone skin. Dairy products and foods with a high glycemic index (such as milk, cheese), as well as meals and drinks high in sugar (potatoes, white bread, white rice, soft drinks), can aggravate acne.

Akeso suggests:

  • Daily cleansing with the Akeso 100% natural soap with propolis & tea tree, enriched with tea tree essential oil and kaolin.
  • For localized breakouts with pus, apply a single drop of tea tree oil directly onto the blemish.
  • For therapeutic hydration, use the Akeso face cream with propolis & tea tree (95% natural origin). It helps moisturize the skin while the antiseptic properties of its ingredients prevent the formation of new sebum.
