The handmade olive oil soap of AKESO with honeysuckle essential oil is crafted using the traditional cold process method. Combined with the long natural curing time (3-4 months), it results in the production of the highest quality soap.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL: Used for thousands of years for skin care. It is an excellent emollient oil that helps retain skin moisture by forming a protective film on the skinโs surface. Rich in fatty acids, vitamin E, and antioxidants, it has strong antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Shea Butter
Shea butter is the fat extracted from the nuts of the shea tree, native to Africa. Shea butter is particularly rich in valuable cosmetic components. Its high content in tocopherols and antioxidant compounds makes it a powerful therapeutic aid, protecting the skin from UV radiation and burns while offering โmagicalโ moisturizing and softening properties for the skin.
Cocoa Butter: Known for its antioxidant properties as it contains Vitamin E. Even more, it is widely recognized for its effectiveness in treating stretch marks, scars, skin discoloration, dark circles under the eyes, and wrinkles, thanks to its high content of Vitamin K (7 mcg per 28 g). Cocoa butter is ideal for dry, damaged, and aging skin due to its intense moisturizing action. Composed entirely of plant-based fats, it softens the skin and improves elasticity.
Coconut Oil: Contains vitamin E and glycerin. Supports hair roots, has astringent properties, and is suitable for oily or greasy hair. It enhances hair elasticity.
